Shipping & Returns
We normally ship the business day after receiving your payment. Credit card and money order payments are considered paid once we receive your information and in the case of credit cards, once the payment is authorized. Checks will be considered paid once they have cleared which is normally 3-5 days after deposit.
We use the USPS for most of our shipping. Rates are calculated automatically via integration with the USPS web site with $1 per order added for delivery confirmation and packing supplies.
Unfortunately, USPS' delivery confirmation only identifies the date of delivery and doesn't identify the location of a package during transit.
Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer in which case you may receive your order in multiple shippments if you order some products we actually stock as well as some which ship directly from the manufacturer. Product descriptions indicate items which ship directly from the manufacturer.
Returns
If you need to return a defective item, you have the option of a full refund minus shipping and handling charges or a replacement item with no additional shipping charges.
If you need to return an item for other reasons (wrong size, wrong color, wrong item, etc.), your item will be exchanged for the proper item or for store credit should you decide you'd prefer a different item.
